Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 19, 2026 • Applies to all ZeroCramp™ services operated by ApollosWave, LLC

When you use any ZeroCramp™ products or services, you are agreeing to these latest Terms of Service (“Terms”). Violation of these terms may, at our discretion, result in us terminating your account or access to the services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the effective date at the top of this page and notify active members via their account email.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”: Refers to ApollosWave, LLC, the operating entity for ZeroCramp™.
  • “Services”: Refers to our websites, including zerocramp.com and apolloswave.com, the ZeroCramp™ bio-acoustic protocol, the member companion web application (/app), the offline Progressive Web App (PWA), somatic exercises, and any digital health tools created and maintained by ApollosWave, LLC.
  • “You” or “your”: Refers to the individual account holder, purchaser, or visitor interacting with our Services.

2. Scope of Protocol & Mandatory Non-Medical Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ZeroCramp™ is a non-invasive bio-acoustic relaxation protocol designed for general wellness, somatic pelvic comfort, and muscle tension release. 3. Account Terms & Security Obligations

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots”, scrapers, or other automated methods are strictly prohibited.
  3. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  4. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright or trademark laws).

4. Payment, 365-Day Complete Relief Guarantee & Billing Terms

All membership passes (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) are processed via Stripe using PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted tokenization. The Company never stores or has access to your raw credit card numbers. Your billing statement will reflect the descriptor: APOLLOSWAVE*ZEROCRAMP.

5. Cancellation & Data Deletion Timeline

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling or pausing your account. You can cancel your subscription with a single click at any time via Settings ➔ Billing Portal. An email request to cancel is also honored within 24 hours.
  2. If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your access will continue until the cycle concludes, and you will not be charged again.
  3. The ApollosWave Data Deletion Standard: When an account is permanently closed or purged via the member settings:
    • Your account credentials and private telemetry become inaccessible immediately.
    • Within 30 days, all user data is permanently purged from active production databases and application logs.
    • Within 60 days, all residual references are permanently overwritten in encrypted disaster-recovery backups. We cannot recover this data once purged.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security, anti-scraping, or conduct guidelines.

6. Post-Roe Reproductive Data Sovereignty & Privacy

We recognize the profound sensitivity of menstrual cycle and reproductive health tracking:

  • Zero Third-Party Data Brokers: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal health information, cycle logs, or somatic reports to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, pharmaceutical companies, or employers.
  • Client-Side Audio Synthesis: All audio waveforms are synthesized locally in your browser via the Web Audio API. Once cached in PWA mode, the app functions completely offline in airplane mode with zero outbound network calls during use.
  • Cryptographic Protection: Any voluntary telemetry you record is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.

7. CCPA & GDPR Compliance

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), ApollosWave, LLC acts as a “service provider”, not a “business” or “third party”, regarding personal information processed through the Services. We do not retain, disclose, or sell personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

For users in the European Union and United Kingdom, these Terms incorporate the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and UK GDPR. You retain the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data at any time through our 1-click self-service export and purge controls.

8. Intellectual Property & Audio Waveform Copyright

The Company (ApollosWave, LLC) and Jane, M.Sc. retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all proprietary 12-carrier harmonic sound wave formulations, mathematical interval tables, synthesis code, HTML/CSS/JavaScript implementations, trademarks, and visual design assets.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the protocol for personal somatic comfort. You may not record, rip, capture, duplicate, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any portion of the audio waveforms, code, or documentation without express written authorization from ApollosWave, LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY (APOLLOSWAVE, LLC) AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND FOUNDERS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY VISCERAL DISCOMFORT, INABILITY TO ACCESS DATA, OR UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF APOLLOSWAVE, LLC EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the United States.
